Liz is a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor serving the Texas Hill Country. As a wife to an actively sober husband and mother of two daughters, she brings both clinical expertise and real-life perspective into her work. 

Liz works with teens, individuals, couples, and families, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, and relationship challenges. She wholeheartedly welcomes clients from all backgrounds and experiences. Her approach is relational, integrative, and tailored to each client, often incorporating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support meaningful, lasting healing. Liz holds degrees from Texas Tech University and Lubbock Christian University. She has experience in private practice, intensive outpatient programs, and residential treatment settings, and has recently completed all requirements for full EMDR certification.
